| It\'s been a while! Bogie is doing really well, settled into our new house happily. They were so thrilled to have some room. We set the basement up (see photo) to do training and fun games in the cold months. We love him to bits. And, I feel totally safe in our new home. And I should mention that Bogie is very, very smart! No surprise to you, I\'m sure! LOL I forgot to tell you in our last email that Bogie is FANTASTIC at agility. He is so focused, however, that he gets kind of crazy. It\'s really funny. He runs as fast as he can through the tunnels and over the equipment. He is very committed to the equipment and finishes WAY before Paul. LOL Fortunately, he is so into the moment that he doesn\'t really pay attention to the other people and dogs in the class. And everyone is fascinated by him. The teacher is very impressed. So, Bogie is now doing what he was bred to do: protect ME! LOL I feel so safe at night alone here with Bogie. He\'s the best guard dog I\'ve ever had (and I\'ve had quite a few). He just seems to know that we are more vulnerable with Paul gone, and he is wonderful. |
